September 21, 2008 - Antifouling

The final coats of Petit Ultima SR went on with a breeze. I put on two more gallons of blue over the initial 1 gallon of black for a total of 3 coats. The black should serve as a pretty good wear indicator. My only gripe is that it seems as if the blue had sat on the shelves for a while. I couldn't find a date on the can, but it took over an hour to get each can stirred to a even consistency. All in all, it turned into a pretty nice bottom for a soft paint.

Next up is the boot stripe repair and waxing.
